Welcome to Algebrility!

Dexter founded Algebrility out of an abundance of enjoyment for teaching mathematics to students of all ages and learning differences. A career that began with volunteering as a tutor in the District of Columbia has soared into disseminating knowledge to students full-time throughout the entire Washington Metropolitan Area and globally. He has over 10,000 hours of experience delivering individualized learning that students can't always get in a classroom setting.

Since 2013, scores of students have improved their understanding of mathematics, leading to much higher achievement and confidence in school. In addition to all high school courses—from Pre-Algebra to Advanced Placement (AP) & International Baccalaureate (IB)—Dexter provides remote 1-on-1 private tutoring for all parts of the SAT, ACT and the high school entrance exam, the SSAT.

A native Washingtonian, Dexter completed the IB programme at Benjamin Banneker Academic High School and graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in mathematics and economics. In his free time, Dexter loves to play tennis, watch live sports, and read presidential history novels.
